To give you an idea of our metal-working capabilities, here’s an overview of the equipment we use to build metal displays.

• CNC Press Break. We can form large pieces of sheet metal into exact shapes. This is especially important when producing extra large displays. Our press breaks range from 4 feet to 12 feet.
• CNC Laser Cutter. We make clean cuts in half-inch thick steel sheets that are as large as 5-feet by 10-feet. Using our laser cutter, we can ensure that your metal display is built precisely, the first time around. At EB Display, we’ve been manufacturing displays since 1952, and we continue to embrace new technology as it’s available. Our laser cutter is proof of that commitment.
• Metal Benders. Our automated tubing benders can bend and shape metal tubes of various diameters to create seamless framework for displays. We’re also equipped with wire-benders and grid folders.
• CNC Robotic Welder. There’s no stronger bond than that achieved with our state-of-the-art welding equipment.
• Powder Coat Finish. For flawless color, we use a procedure that guarantees the smoothest powder finish. We maintain our equipment to the highest standards to ensure blemishes are never an issue.
